SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping within the UK is free and included. For shipping outside of the UK please contact charlotte@letterboxluxuries.co.uk before you order.
It is important to note that we do not guarantee delivery times. We use Royal Mail standard delivery as our delivery method, who aim to deliver your item within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
At busy times such as the Christmas period there can be delays on the Royal Mail network. We'll make every effort to reduce any delays and dispatch your gift(s) as quickly as possible after payment.
RETURN POLICY
Letterbox Luxuries are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase, however, if a product is faulty or becomes damaged in transit please contact charlotte@letterboxluxuries.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.
We will do our utmost to help.

Refunds and exchanges are only available on damaged or faulty items. Items must be returned, un-opened, in the original packaging within 2 weeks of receipt. Once products have been received and inspected, we will notify you by email if a refund has been approved. Refunds can only be credited on the original method of payment.
Not received your order?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way to you (or your recipient). If your order was dispatched several days ago and you haven't received it contact charlotte@letterboxluxuries.co.uk.
